Program Description

All Aboard Jackson Phase II “Staying on Track” is a five-year, $3,500,000 Workforce and Economic Development Plan for Jackson and Madison County. The initiative is a continuation of the original All Aboard Jackson capital campaign, which was begun in 2001. Phase II was formed to continue and expand the needs for the future of economic and workforce development.

All Aboard Jackson Phase II will provide the financial resources and business leadership necessary for our community to maintain its strong industrial base, recruit new industry, identify and implement new workforce development initiatives for existing industry, provide funding for business and minority development programs and help Jackson/Madison County retain its status as the nucleus of the thirteen county regional trade area and nine county labor market.
