Welcome to Team Madison County’s Available Sites and Buildings page.  This site provides corporate real estate executives and site selection consultants with information on Madison County, along with a searchable, easy-to-use database that displays available sites and buildings.  For a company needing to get into production quickly, Jackson-Madison County offers an inventory of available buildings in various sizes and price ranges.

Team Madison County partners with TVA in order to provide a simple, searchable tool that can be used to do an initial investigation of available sites without making a visit in person.

How to use the searchable building database:

1. Click “Find Properties” in the upper left-hand corner. 
2. Narrow your search by specifying property type, size location or specialty use.  You can also simply press “Search” to see a list of all available buildings in the database.
3. Once you have selected a building or site, you can view a full property description as well as create detailed demographic, labor force, consumer expenditure and business reports.  You can also save your results, print and/or export the information.
