Pinson Mounds State
Archaeological Park

Located on Ozier Road, off U.S. 45,
10 miles south of Jackson. One of the largest Middle Woodland ceremonial sites in the United States, constructed from 1 to 500 A.D. Consists of 12 ceremonial and burial mounds. Sauls Mound, at 72 feet, is the second highest in the United States.
Lake Graham
Hurts Chapel Road, seven miles east of Jackson.
This 500-acre man-made lake is a popular fishing spot. Two boat ramps, picnic facilities.
Cypress Grove Nature Park
U.S. 70 West
Two miles of boardwalk lead through 165 acres of pristine river bottomland. The park includes a nature center, observation tower, birds of prey habitat and two lakes for fishing. (731) 425-8316
